  What an absolute joke. Counted 13 staff wandering around, wiping trays with filthy cloths or splattering mop water on the furniture, but none of which seemed capable of offering service in the prompt manner usually experienced. Service eventually came with a grunt and me having to chase a staff member around the restaurant to catch our order. Topped of with grimy tables and a blocked sink in the bathroom. Some experienced customer service wouldn't go astray.

  Nice burger, good coffee, clean, but the experience spoiled by staff communicating loudly.

  This is a bargain of a place. Specials are the go. Staff are so crazy to have your business. They go the extra mile for you. Especially if they have run out of a product. Just pull over into the waiting spot please and we will serve you there. (What's wrong now do I have an oder problem) Nope certainly not. They just want to please you with their service. Well done Maccas

  Slow service, didn't know or seem to care about what sauce options they had, chips were very salty. Otherwise pretty good.

  Service was great (Friendly and understanding). Cleanliness was unsatisfactory as multiple tables were dirty at 2:14 PM, didn't receive clean until 2:45PM. Maintenance of dining room unsatisfactory, bin broken, floor dirty. McCafe unappealing cabinet wise. Coffee bitter. Fast and accurate, wait time was 107 seconds to receive order. Food such as grill and fried for builds were good. Fries were cold. Apple pie expired as of timer on pie. Expired 1:48PM. Received at 2:32PM. Looking forward to the post feedback and the improvement this McDonald's makes.
