  So I said I would get the parts fixed from another mechanic and bring it to them for roadworthy where Gary the mechanic said Ok but on 16th Jan when I took it back he said he had to go through the whole car again so would charge me $100

  The parts person told me on 3rd Jan that the item has been posted.Then Gary the mechanic told me on 6th Jan at 6 Pm that the person posting the parts was on holiday and would be back on Tuesday the 10th Jan where again they said they were unable to get the parts.
