I had a pretty awful experience with one of the ‘senior stylists’ who had horrible customer service skills. Not only was this woman unwelcoming, she treated me like a second-rate client. I received a dry trim, barely anything off the ends and was charged $55 for it. I was shocked at this price for a dry trim, I’ve been to many more salons that do dry trims for $15 with excellent service, but this business was woefully overpriced and the staff were rude to me. If you’re looking for a great salon in Horsham, head to Sheer Urbane Salon for amazing service and reasonable prices. Honestly never been so underwhelmed by a salon before, I do not recommend this place at all.

Great hair studio with friendly talented hairdressers. Always busy. Love getting my hair done by the fabulous Steph Meyer.
