  Hello to an awesome customer service lady called Jacqui who served us on Monday 6th in the dress material department. You deserve the employee of the day, week, month for your outstanding service you gave us. We were travelling through town and needed material for curtains and Jacqui was so helpful with her knowledge of fashion and her materials suitable for our need. Jacqui went beyond her duties and cut the material to exact size for me to sew as no space for cutting long lengths in our caravan. Cheers be very proud of her Spotlight you have a great employee xx Janet and Gary Leeson

  Tyson regardless of his age really knows his stuff and is always willing to help. I must admit it's a pity I only see him there on the weekends and not full time.
